Cajun Lemonade Cocktail

If you can’t get to New Orleans to celebrate Mardi Gras, mix up this Cajun cocktail recipe at home to bring you a taste of the real thing. Whether you toast Fat Tuesday at home or feature this spicy drink at your next party, it'll certainly add some Louisiana flair to the mix.  

The mix of bitter lemon, spicy Tabasco, Rum and Pimms puts Mardi Gras in a glass and is a sure fire way of adding a dash of Creole to your celebration.  Great served as a punch or as a cocktail, it is as easy as it is to make, as it is to drink.

Ingredients:

1 ounce of dark rum

1 ounce of Pimms

2 ounces of lemonade

Dash of Tabasco

Pinch of Cilantro

Ice

Directions:

In a cocktail glass filled with ice, add the dark rum, Pimms and lemonade, and gently stir.
