Cajun Sparkler Cocktail Recipe

This flavorful drink is bursting with Southern charm in each tiny bubble.

Start your festivities off with a toast and a glass of bubbly with this modern sparkler; it has everything you would expect in a Cajun classic, right down to the Southern Comfort. 

Serve as a compliment to a Mardi Gras Brunch or as a pre-dinner cocktail, everyone will love raising his or her glass with this Cajun delight.

Ingredients:

2 ounces of Champagne

1 Ounce of Southern Comfort

1 ounce of lemonade

Ice

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the Southern Comfort and lemonade and mix well. Strain the contents into a glass filled with champagne and serve immediately. 

Garnish with a wedge of lemon, if desired.
