Caribbean Cosmopolitan

Transport yourself to an island oasis with this fruity drink that will have you dreaming of sun, surf, and sand.

A classic cosmo recipe spiked with a bit of pineapple juice and triple sec brings the beach to your glass.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces vodka

1 ounce Triple Sec

splash of cranberry juice

splash of pineapple juice

juice from 1/2 a lime

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients over ice. Shake vigourously, or until shaker "sweats".

Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a thin slice of lime.
