The sweet and savory mix in chocolate covered pretzels can make them irresistible, so be sure to make plenty of extras! Good thing they are super easy to make in bulk.
1 bag of salted pretzel rods
1 bag of Hershey’s semi sweet milk chocolate chips
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 tablespoon of honey
Fill a medium saucepan halfway with water and bring to a rolling boil.
Top the saucepan with a glass mixing bowl large enough to rest on top. Then add chocolate chips, butter, and honey to the bowl and mix until melted. The melted mixture will be thick and mouse like.
Take a tablespoon and gently coat each pretzel rod with the chocolate, then place on wax paper.
Repeat the process of each pretzel. Once complete, place the pretzel rods in the refrigerator to harden.
