If you like Nutella, you will love these cookies. Give your favorite chocolate cookie dough a splash of Nutella for a batch of cookies that will have everyone talking. The recipe below makes 12 cookies, so double it up to ensure that everyone has a second helping.
Ingredients
1 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter
3/4 cup of brown sugar
3/4 cup of white sugar
1 cup of Nutella
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup of chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix the butter, Nutella and sugar until the mixture is light, fluffy and the sugar completely incorporated.
Then, add in the eggs and vanilla extract. Beat for a minute to ensure it is fully blended.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, cocoa, and baking soda and mix for 30 seconds.
Gradually mix the butter mixture into the dry mixture with a wooden spoon until fully blended. Then pour in and fold in the chocolate chips.
Spoon the cookie dough into tablespoon size portions onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 12 minutes. To ensure our cookies cook evenly and come out uniform in size we like to use a small cookie scooper for the dough.
