Give your ice cream a bowl to remember!

Ice cream treats are great on their own, but when served up in an edible bowl made of chocolate? Well, then it just gets to be amazing!

Add a dash of Nutella to the chocolate bowl mix and you have got yourself a bowl that no one can resist. Ideal for serving ice cream, custard, fresh fruit or even as table décor for your next party, these Nutella Robin's Nests are a treat within themselves no matter what you serve with them.

Ingredients:

4 cups of shredded wheat

2 cups of chocolate chips

1 tablespoon of unsalted butter

1 teaspoon of honey

3 tablespoons of Nutella

Directions:

Before heating the chocolate, place your shredded wheat into a large mixing bowl and use the end of a rolling pin to smash the shredded wheat until it is fine and completely separated.

Next, line cupcake trays with parchment paper or cupcake wrappers if you don't have parchment paper.  Once that's done, set your pans aside and begin preparing the chocolate.

Fill a medium saucepan halfway with water and bring to a rolling boil. Then, top the saucepan with a glass mixing bowl large enough to rest on top of the pot. Reduce your heat to low so you don't risk overcooking or overheating your chocolate.

Add the chocolate chips, butter, and honey to the glass bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until the chocolate is melted.

Once it has melted add the Nutella mixing until it is fully blended with the chocolate. The melted mixture should be thick and mousse like.

Remove the bowl and chocolate mixture from heat and gently blend in the Shredded Wheat into the chocolate Nutella mix until fully coated. Then, begin spooning the mixture into the lined parchment cupcake trays.

Once the trays are filled, take your rolling pin and gently insert it into each bundle of chocolate to create a cavity.

Finally, allow the nests to rest for 30 minutes in the fridge so that they will set.

Before serving, remove the parchment paper and fill with your desired filling!
