Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Stir all the ingredients together in a large bowl until combined. Cover and refrigerate bowl and wire whisk in the refrigerator for at least on hour to chill and dissolve sugar and cocoa powder.
Once chilled, beat the mixture by hand or with an electric mixer using the whisk attachment, on med-high speed, until soft peaks form, and you have reached your desired consistency.
Return the mixture to the refrigerator while you prepare your strawberries.
Rinse and dry your strawberries. Then, hull them with a sharp knife by cutting a cone shape out of each center.
Slice off the tips of the strawberries so they can stand on their own. Remove whipped cream from refrigerator and transfer to a pastry bag if desired.
Just before serving, spoon whipped cream into strawberries, or pipe a swirl of whipped cream using a pastry bag, for a fancy presentation.
