Close your eyes and travel south of the border with the perfect ice cold Margarita, served on the rocks with a rim of salt.
1.5 ounces of 100% Agave Tequila
1 ounce freshly squeezed limejuice
1/2 ounce of Cointreau
Course Rock Salt
Use one of the squeezed limes to moisten the rim of your margarita glass, rim the glass in course rock salt, and then fill with ice.
In a cocktail mixer, combine Tequila, limejuice and Cointreau, and the shake vigorously for a few seconds.
Pour mixture into your glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
