It doesn't get much easier than this! Put together this quick and comforting meal the next time you and your family are pressed for time. Not a fan of spinach? Try adding steamed broccoli or cauliflower.
2 cups fresh spinach leaves, rinsed
1 can condensed Cheddar Cheese soup
1 cup Italian style pasta sauce
1/3 cup milk
4 cups cooked elbow macaroni
grated Parmesan cheese
In a microwave-safe container, add spinach leaves and a splash of water and steam about 45 seconds, or until wilted. Set aside.
Mix soup, pasta sauce, milk, pasta, and cooked spinach in saucepan.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
