Clever Leftovers: Turn Them Into Mini Dinner & Dessert Pies

 
 


To make your mini pies you just mix up 1/2 a cup of milk, 2 eggs and 1/2 a cup of Bisquick. Then, in a greased muffin pan, spoon a tablespoon of the mix into the bottoms, add a 1/4 cup of your filling, then top with another tablespoon of mix. Bake at 375 until golden brown - that's all!
