The classic flavor combination of cranberries and walnuts give this nut ball a sweet, tart taste.
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
Place cream cheese in a bowl. Add cranberries and brown sugar and stir until thoroughly combined.
Line a 1-cup mold, plastic margarine tub, or soup bowl with plastic wrap and fill with the cream cheese mixture. Cover and chill until set.
Unmold the cheese on to a serving platter and coat the outside with chopped walnuts. Serve with crackers.
