This frosty beverage puts a spin on a classic ice cream truck favorite for a delightful spring drink kids will love and adults will wax nostalgic over.
A creamsicle, much like the month of March has two sides: the light and tame, and the wild and unpredictable. Creamy and milky, tart and tangy, this decadent dessert turned beverage offers the best of both worlds—just like spring itself!
For a juicer version add a squeeze of pineapple juice, or if you wish to emphasize the cream in creamsicle add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the full shebang.

Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
6 ounces low or non fat vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup orange juice from concentrate
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice cubes
Whipped cream, for garnish
Sprinkles, for garnish
Directions:
In a blender combine the milk, yogurt, orange juice and vanilla until combined, about 20 seconds. Add the ice cubes and continue to blend for about 20 more seconds until ice is crushed and incorporated.
Serve immediately, top with whipped cream and sprinkles for an extra bit of sugary bliss.
