This rum-based cocktail is the official drink of Puerto Rico. The secret to its dreamy consistency is using coconut cream instead of coconut milk.
Ingredients
1/2 cup crushed ice
6 ounces pineapple juice
2 ounces rum
1 ounce coconut cream
1 ounce heavy cream
1 slices pineapple wedge
1 whole maraschino cherry
Directions
In a blender, combine ice, pineapple juice, rum, coconut cream and heavy cream. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry.
