Create an Outdoor Room

Elegance can be created with strategic use of furniture.

• Create a comfy party space by using your indoor furniture outside.

• Bring the spare room couch outside and cover it with an inexpensive slipcover or nice white sheets. Or, simply drape fabric over a rollaway bed.

• Accent all seating with patriotic-themed throw pillows.

• Be creative with your side tables! Place a plywood square on top of a sturdy upside down crate and cover it completely with red, white or blue satin.

• To protect wooden table or chair legs from moisture when placing furniture on the lawn, wrap the bottom of the legs with plastic wrap.
