Cute Butterfly Snack Pack Idea for Kids

Who could have thought a boring plastic baggie could be transformed into a vibrant, salty-sweet snack?

For a fun sleepover birthday party activity and treat, have the kids decorate a clothespin with markers and pipe cleaners so that it resembles a butterfly.

Next, fill a plastic sandwich bag with two kinds of treats and clamp the clothespin in between so that the treat resembles a butterfly with wings.

The side packs can hold any number of combinations, but for this snack pack I went with healthy fruit and salty nuts one side, and sweet colorful cookies on the other.

Ingredients

1 bag of cookies
1/2 pound of dried fruits and salted nuts mix

Directions

Place the cookies on one side of the plastic small bag and the fruit and nut mixture on the other – taking care to leave a gap between the two portions.

Place the clothespin in the center to complete the separation.
