Nothing says love more than handmade chocolates. These almond chocolates not only look like a professional made them; they melt in your mouth leaving a heart warming glow on your face.

Ingredients

1 bar of 70% dark coca
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 tablespoon of honey
Handful of thinly sliced almonds

Directions

Fill a medium saucepan halfway with water and bring to a rolling boil.

Top the saucepan with a glass mixing bowl large enough to rest on top.

Then add the bar of cocoa chopped or broken into small pieces, butter, and honey to the bowl and mix until melted.  Once melted it will be sauce like and drippy.

Remove from heat and use a tablespoon to fill a heart shaped silicone mold.  Once full, add a few slices of almonds to each heart, and then place the mold into the refrigerator to set.
