S'mores are a campfire favorite as well as a year round gooey treat. As a kid I used to carefully roast my marshmallow to make sure every piece of goodness was toasted brown. I may have been a bit of a perfectionist as a kid, but isn't that the best part about making s'mores?
For this recipe I decided to take it up a notch and add some amazing Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter from Peanut Butter & Co. and boy was it amazing! This dark chocolate peanut butter alone is sinful, but add graham crackers with a toasted mallow and it's the most decadent s'more you'll ever eat.

Lay two pieces of graham cracker on a plate. Spread a thick layer of Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter on one graham cracker. Sprinkle a good amount chocolate chips over the dollop of peanut butter.
Roast a marshmallow over an open flame. Once the mallow has been toasted to your liking, place it on top of the graham cracker with your layer of peanut butter and chocolate chips. Cover the top of the marshmallow with your other graham cracker and enjoy it while it is warm!
