Nachos are a mainstay of any football party menu. This sweet version swaps in caramel sauce and peanut butter cups for the salsa and meat, but you can experiment with your favorite toppings to find the flavors you like best.

Ingredients

1 can sweetened condensed milk (Substitute jarred caramel sauce if you don't want to make your own.)
6 peanut butter cups, crumbled
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1/4 cup chopped nuts
Sopapillas (We bought ours at a local Mexican restaurant, but you can also use flour tortillas if you can't get your hands on these.)

Directions

Boil the can of sweetened condensed milk for 1 1/2 hours to make caramel sauce.

Pour 1/4 to 1/2 the can of caramel (or jar of caramel sauce) over sopapillas.

Sprinkle crumbled peanut butter cups, marshmallows and chopped nuts on top. Allow to melt a bit and then serve.

How to Serve

Immediately after assembly while warm
