Diego and Dora Party Ideas

Here are some tips and suggestions for planning a Diego and Dora themed birthday party.

Invitation:

When throwing a kids party, I typically recommend that you invite 10-15 of your child's closest friends. When making your invitation, make sure that you include an RSVP date in your invitation so that you can confirm the number of guests at your party far ahead of time. Always make sure to over-invite to a kid's party because someone is bound to get sick, get fussy, or the party will interfere with someone's naptime.

Customized party invitations are always a great option for getting your guests excited about your party! For example, make labels on your computers with a photo of your child in a jungle setting joined by Diego and Dora. You can use these labels to seal your envelopes shut or can use this image for the actual invitation itself.

Remember that your invitations should always go with the theme of your party. This is a creative way to get your guest excited for your party when they open their invitation.

Make sure to always include directions and a phone number for the location of the party. I live on a very tricky street which is difficult to find if someone has never been to my house. Accordingly, I made sure to include directions and my phone number on the invitation so that my guests wouldn't have any trouble trying to find my house on the day of the party.

Diego and Dora parties can be held at any time and on any day of the week. If you wish to throw your party outside, check the weather forecast ahead of time to see the best possible days for having your Diego and Dora party.
