Hot Glue Gun
Step 1: Cut the 3 inch foam ball in half using a sharp knife.
Step 2: Cut a 6x6 piece of tissue wrap and wrap it around the halved foam ball, securing to the bottom with hot glue. Glue a pom pom to the top of the halved ball.
Step 3: Fill a baking cup with matching gumballs and place the halved foam piece on top as a lid to look like a cupcake.
Step 4: Wrap in cellophane and tie with a ribbon before giving away.
