Cut out the frame outline.
Apply a coat of Mod Podge directly to the frame, and place the paper on the frame.
Apple a second coat of Mod Podge on top of the paper. (Add photo when dry.)
Make a fabric flower and attach with glue to corner of frame.
For Napkin Ring
Cut a strip of fabric about 1-inch wide and 18-inches long.
Sew a long straight stitch down the center of the fabric, and pull one string of thread at the ends to create a ruffle.
Wrap the ruffled fabric around a napkin and tie in the front.
Make fabric flowers and attach with glue to corner of frame.
How to Make a Fabric Flower
You'll need this tutorial for a fabric flower to make the above crafts the way I did.
Step 1: Cut 6 circles out of each fabric. I cut six large circles from one and six smaller circles from another fabric.
Step 2: Fold each circle in half.
Step 3: Then, fold in half again.
Step 4: Cut a circle out of felt.
Step 5: Glue the fabric petals to the felt circle in a clockwise direction, and glue a smaller felt circle in the center.
Step 6: Glue the smaller flower to the bottom of the large one. Glue both to the center of the ruffle napkin ring.
