Easter is quickly approaching and it’s time to start planning those spring themed parties! Marshmallow Peeps are one of the most iconic Easter candies and in recent years, we've seen them used pretty creatively. While you can certainly recreate this Peep centerpiece Celebrations expert Mark Addison showed us how to make, we suggest keeping some Peeps aside to dip in chocolate for an even easier and yummy Easter treat.
These Easter pops, using Peeps Marshmallows, would be the perfect addition to your dessert table. They are the perfect last minute party treats because they are so easy to make and the supplies are always readily available.
If you're actually planning ahead, you can also make them a couple of days ahead of time and store them in an air tight container until the party day so they stay fresh. Make Easter egg place cards and little lamb cupcakes to go along with your peep pops.

Ingredients:
Easter Bunny Peeps
White Chocolate Melts
Ribbon
Directions:
Separate the Peeps from each other and place a lollipop stick in each Peep.
Melt white chocolate melts in the microwave according to package directions. I recommend microwaving in 30 second intervals and stirring in between until melted to avoid overheating the melts.
Dip the ears of the Peeps in the chocolate, gently shaking off excess chocolate to create as even a covering as possible. Cover the chocolate ears in edible sprinkles before it hardens. You may have to wait a few minutes to sprinkle if the chocolate isn't solid enough to support them when first dipped.
Place the pops in floral foam to dry and tie a ribbon around each stick for added décor.
Pass around to Easter or spring party guests!
