3 Quarts of popped corn
1 Cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 Cup corn syrup
1/2 Cup butter
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp baking soda
In a large saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt.
Stir constantly until it comes to a boil then allow to boil without stirring for five minutes.
Take the pan off the heat.
Then add baking soda and stir.
Pour over the popped corn and toss until coated.
