Impress your diners with this seemingly difficult treat that is actually very simple to make.
1 bar of 70% dark coca
15 large fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 tablespoon of honey
Fill a medium saucepan halfway with water and bring to a rolling boil.
Top the saucepan with a glass mixing bowl large enough to rest on top. Then add the bar of cocoa chopped or broken into small pieces, butter, and honey to the bowl and mix until melted. Once melted it will be sauce like and drippy.
Remove from heat and dip each strawberry into the bowl of melted chocolate, then place on a sheet of wax paper.
Repeat the process for each strawberry. Once complete, place the chocolate covered strawberries into the refrigerator to set.
