If you bake, your own specialty will be the best gift. Attach a note with the recipe and let your loved one know the dish is their to keep - so they can try to it themselves!
Wrap up your dish of goodies in translucent plastic wrap with hand written note of the recipe you used or a great recipe that they should try.

Here are a few quick and easy Christmas gifts that fits any budget and is personalized to each re-sip-pient.
Pick out your recipient's favorite bottle of wine or liquor. Then, just wrap it in a cork sheet for any easy to decorate gift that also doubles as a holder for any bottle of the same size.
If your recipient isn't of the legal drinking age or just isn't a big cocktail fan, you can find inexpensive mugs at a dollar store, craft store or even the local supermarket. If your budget allows get personalized mugs, either with a name, saying, or photo.

Layered dry cake/cookie ingredients with the recipe for the cake attached.
Layered dried beans and soup ingredients (1 cup red kidney beans, 1 cup white beans, 2 tbs salt...) and recipe for the soup.
