Eco-Friendly Spring Party Decorations

Decorating a spring party with Earth friendly products is easier than you might expect. For my Earth Day party, I took inspiration from a once loved chalkboard and used the theme throughout the party to keep our party waste at a minimum without comprising on style.

Natural baskets filled with garden pillows and blankets kept the seating casual and created a fun picnic atmosphere throughout the lawn, while traditional outdoor furniture allows the party to spread across the back yard, offering seats to those who needed them.

Using miniature chalkboard toppers on our fruit bar added the fun of printables while also being eco-friendly. They coordinated with our recycled chalkboard that served as both our drinks sign and a small drinks station.

Adding accents of natural baskets, cloth napkins and wooden serving trays to our table-top and incorporating the finishing touches of recycled paper ribbons, fresh flowers, and a floral table runner tied the Earth Day theme together to create a stylish and eco-friendly buffet table.

When putting together an eco themed party, consider these top 10 stylish table-top ideas:

1. Recycled paper ribbons

2. Wooden or glass serving trays

3. Chalkboard toppers and signs

4. Natural baskets

5. Blankets, pillows and wooden outdoor furniture

7. Repurposed jam jars

8. Edible dishes

9. Garden fresh flowers or container plants

10. Colorful cloth napkins
