Fajitas are one of the most flavorful types of Mexican food. With a combination of bell peppers, onions, and beef, traditional Fajitas can be easily transformed into a delicious burger. All you do is sauté up the bell peppers and onions in some spices and top them on to of a juicy beef patty. It’s that easy to re-create these Mexican flavors into a quick burger.

Ingredients:
2 Bell Peppers, Sliced
1 Onion, Sliced
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
Salt and Pepper, to Taste
4 Hamburger Buns
Directions:
Sauté the bell peppers and onions in a pan over medium heat. Once they have slightly browned, add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low and cook until the peppers and onions are soft.
Heat the grill to medium-high temperature.
Divide the ground beef into 4 round patties, about 2 1/2-inches in diameter and 3/4-inch thick. Season the patties with salt and pepper. Place the burgers on the grill and cook until the desired doneness.
Assemble the burgers by placing a little bit less than ¼ cup of onion/pepper mixture on top of each burger. Serve immediately.
