Festive Irish Cheese Balls

These bite-sized cheese covered grapes are flavor packed and easy to make.

Ingredients

1 dozen green grapes
8 ounces Irish blue cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup crushed pistachio nuts
1 dozen lolipop sticks

Directions

Place grapes in the freezer until chilled.

Combine cream cheese and blue cheese until it comes to a smooth consistency.

Cover the chilled grapes with the cheese.

Cover the grape in crushed pistachio nuts.

To make the lolipop first puncture a whole into the grape using a knife and then place stick into the grape.

Refrigerate until served.
