Finger sandwiches make a simple party food that can be made in advance are great tiny bites for toddlers and parents alike.

Using cookie cutters to shape the sandwiches make them fun to eat and are a simple way to dress up your party menu.

I made egg salad sandwiches, but simple cream cheese and jam, or cheese sandwiches are other great alternatives for your sandwich platter.

Ingredients:

12 Hard Boiled Eggs

Mayonnaise

White bread

1 teaspoon of Paprika

Directions:

Hard boil your eggs and allow them to cool completely.

Once cool, shell the eggs, slice them and add to a large mixing bowl.

Add mayonnaise to taste and to reach your desired consistency.

Then, mix in the paprika to give it a dash of flavor. You can also add other herbs or seasonings (pepper, oregeno, chives, etc.) to your mixture - just remember to keep things simple for the little ones.

Spread your mixture on to white bread to create sandwiches.

Once formed, use your cookie cutter to create shapes. Alternatively, you can cut off the crust and create triangle shapes.
