Fire Fly Cocktail

Do you remember chasing after fire flys during the summer as a kid? When we saw this invitation from Pear Tree Greetings featuring soft glowing lanterns and decided to have a cocktail party that drew from the card for inspiration, we knew a fire fly inspired drink had to make it onto our menu.

Rather than capturing the live bugs in a mason jar, we elected to capture a glow in a cocktail glass!

Crisp and refreshing, this cocktail will leave you glowing afterwards, just like a fire fly.  

Ingredients:

2 Ounces of Malibu Rum

1 Ounce of Banana Liqueur

1 Ounce Pineapple Juice

Ice 

Directions:

Add ice to a tall cocktail glass, then pour in the Malibu Rum, banana liqueur and pineapple juice.  

Stir gently before serving.
