Team Spirit and Style Buffet

Besides the game, food is definitely the main attraction at this big bash, show your table some love and deck it out i it team spirit by adding your team colors to the presentation. here are some great ways you can dress up that dining table!

For a blue and gold color scheme, skirt the table in shiny blue metallic spandex, accented by amber gold stretch satin on the tabletop.

Metallic pompoms will add sparkle around the perimeter of food risers, and football candy dispensers create a crowning touch.

Stuffed Pizza Burgers are perfect for a Super Bowl party, complete with a food spread that sports a pizza-topping bar of condiments and garnishes.

A great set-up for multiple items, like toppings, is bleacher style, where the food is on stepped-up risers to give the buffet some height and visual interest. A detailed how-to is below.

Football Field Inside

Bring the football field on to the TV room coffee table, and place Super Bowl snacks right on the 50-yard line! With team colors proudly displayed on the buffet, go for classic, gridiron party decor in the TV room.

A football field tablecloth and football party ware on the coffee table will give your snack spread that home team advantage throughout the game.

Sporty inflatables are a big hit at any Super Bowl party, especially when they double as drink coolers, such as a football goalpost cooler or mini-stadium beverage bin.

Spark conversation with novelty items like blinking football ice cubes, or thematic bottle coozies. Max out your TV room with plenty of props, to help your crowd cheer their team on to Super Bowl victory. See my ideas for Halftime Fun and Games to make your own Super Bowl event.

Flag the Play Outside

Use these simple tips to let all your guests know  your house is the party house!

Think "tailgate" for outdoor decor, to let guests know that your home is the party zone. Typical tailgate decorations are big and bold, as they are meant to be seen amidst a sea of cars in the stadium parking lot.

Mark your Super Bowl party with a bunch of team color and football-shaped Mylar balloons, in front of your house.

Instead of running out the morning of the event for balloons, pick up a small helium party tank to fill them up.

Welcome guests with a Game Day door banner and get the party started the second they step foot into your home.
