French Creole Mardi Gras Cocktail

Citrus, bitters, brandy and the fun of cherries, come together to create the a modern Creole cocktail ideal for any Mardi Gras celebration. Ingredients:

1 ounce of Brandy

Dash of Bitters

1 ounce of Cointreau

Freshly squeezed lemon juice, from 1 lemon

Cherries

Ice

Directions: 

Fill a glass with ice before adding the brandy, cointreau and lemon juice. Add 1 dash of Bitters and then gently stir the ingredients before adding a squeeze of lemon and garnishing with cherries.
