The perfect cocktail to get your guests gushing with an ‘oh –la-la’.

All the classic taste of French liquor mixed with the fun of the Big Easy give this cocktail a burst of Mardi Gras flavor. Citrus, bitters, brandy and the fun of cherries, come together to create the a modern Creole cocktail ideal for any Mardi Gras celebration. Simple to make, even easier to drink, this cocktail is a real crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

1 ounce of Brandy
Dash of Bitters
1 ounce of Cointreau
Freshly squeezed lemon juice, from 1 lemon
Cherries
Ice

Directions 

Fill a glass with ice before adding the brandy, cointreau and lemon juice. Add 1 dash of Bitters and then gently stir the ingredients before adding a squeeze of lemon and garnishing with cherries.
