Friendly Ghost Cupcakes

One quick trip to the grocery store is all you’ll need to prepare these friendly Halloween ghost cupcakes. While the recipe below uses pre-made marshmallow ghosts, feel free to use jumbo marshmallow and or whipped topping as alternatives. The little ghosts in your family will not only love making them, but they’ll enjoy eating them, too!

Ingredients:

1 boxed cake mix (any flavor), prepared as cupcakes, cooked and cooled

1 can chocolate frosting

Crushed chocolate cookies

Marshmallow Ghost Peeps

Directions:

Prepare cupcakes as directed on package, OR try making them as Soda Cupcakes.

Frost cooled cupcakes with chocolate frosting.

Place crushed chocolate cookies in a small, shallow bowl. Dunk frosted cupcakes into crushed cookies to cover tops.

Place one marshmallow ghost on top of each cupcake.
