Frozen Butter Beer

Destined to be a summer favourite for everyone, this Harry Potter milkshake can be made in bulk to quench the thirst of several Harry Potter fans by following the recipe below, or you can reduce the measurements for a single serving to treat a very special wizard. 

Ingredients

1 quart Vanilla Ice Cream
1/3 cup Butterscotch Syrup
32 ounces of Cream Soda
1 cup of Ice

Directions

Add the ice cream, butterscotch, cream soda and ice to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into tall glasses and then drizzle butterscotch over the top before serving.
