Frozen Hot Chocolate with Peppermint Jelly Beans

Top this frosty concoction with whipped cream for the little ones and Bailey's Irish Cream for the grown-up at your Easter dinner party.

Ingredients

  • 3 Oz Solid Milk Chocolate
  • 2 Whole Packages of Store-Bought Hot Chocolate Mix
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Cup(s) Whole Milk
  • 1 Whole Package Jelly Belly Mint Chocolate Chip Jelly Beans

Directions

1. Break milk chocolate into smaller pieces. Melt in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occassionally. Add hot chocolate mix and sugar. Stir until blended.

2. Remove from heat and slowly stir in 1 cup of whole milk. Let sit at room temperature.

3. In a blender, add the remaining 1 cup of milk, the chocolate mixture and ice cubes.

4. Blend on high speed until you reach desired consistency.

5. Top with whipped cream and Jelly Belly Peppermint Stick Jelly Beans.
