Natural yogurt dressed up to please even the sweetest tooth, these yogurt cups add some fun to breakfast or brunch celebrations.

Creamy natural yogurt, zesty orange and heaping with fresh seasonal fruit, this yogurt cup can be made the night before and stored for up to 2 days in the fridge.   You can also blend up the fun by adding a splash of fresh juice to the mix to create an after breakfast smoothie.

This no-cook dish will allow you to spend less time cooking, and more time enjoying breakfast. For this recipe I used seasonal fresh spring fruit, however you can change the fruit to go with your taste or seasonal variety.

Ingredients:

1 Kiwi Fruit

10 Raspberries

5 Strawberries

1 Tangerine

1 Orange

20 Blue Berries

4 Cups of natural yogurt

Directions:

Prepare the fruit into small portions and allow them to rest while you prepare your yogurt. Add 4 cups of natural yogurt to a large mixing bowl and zest the orange until it has a fresh orange taste to it. Mix well and then spoon into a small serving bowl. Top with a sprinkling of fruit before serving.

For an added treat, make them the night before and freeze them. Remove them from the freezer 30 minutes before serving for a slushy frozen yogurt treat.
