Glow Stick Martini

The Martini is always a crowd pleaser, so we knew we had to have a special one at our glowing summer cocktail party. This Gin Martini is named for its soft glow that made it a perfect fit for our lantern party theme inspired by our Pear Tree invitation.

Ingredients:

2 ounces of Gin

1 ounce of Melon Liqueur

1 ounce of Sweet Sour Mix

Ice 

Directions:

Add ice, Gin, Melon Liqueur and Sweet and Sour Mix to a cocktail shaker and shake well for about 1 minute to ensure that the mixture is ice cold. You'll see little beads of "sweat" start to form on the shaker.

Strain the cocktail into a martini glass and serve.
