There are lots of ways to make gluten-free treats - chocolate can be made into all kinds of fantastic confections that don’t require an iota of flour. Often, though, the thrill of a dessert is in the presentation (and often why kids will eat foods: just because they look fun!)
With the help of a set of small cookie cutters, you can turn fruit into an attractive dessert offering. Watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe, pineapples and apples are all sturdy and wide enough to cut out and place on lollipop sticks.

Supplies:
Small cookie cutters
Variety of fruit
Directions:
Step 1: Cut your fruit into 1-inch thick slices.
Step 2: Choose a cookie cutter the appropriate size, and cut out a shape from the fruit.
Step 3: Skewer the fruit on the end of a cookie pop stick and place in foam for presentation.
A bow garnish can liven the fruit pop up even more! Use the surplus fruit scraps for a yummy smoothie.
My kids are especially thrilled by these fruit-pops, and it’s not hard to convince them they are getting a treat.
