Gorgonzola is an Italian blue cheese that's usually found in sweeter salads (and now in deviled eggs!). Their crumbly texture and sharp "bite" adds a nice touch to the more bland egg. Add bacon and a bit of chive, and you'll have made everyone's favorite treat.Recipe yields 4 dozen.
