This gravy is the perfect finish for your Bacon Wrapped Turkey Filets.

Ingredients

1/2 Cup White Wine
1/4 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Water
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Pepper

Directions

Deglaze pan.

Once filets have been removed pour in white wine.

Stir vigorously to remove seasonings from pan bottom.

Add in flour and continue stirring.
Add salt, pepper and optional poultry seasoning and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Watch closely so as not to boil.

Once desired thickness has been achieved pour into your favorite gravy boat.
