The Chandelier Web invitation from Pear Tree Greetings was our inspiration for inviting the girls over for a Halloween Bunco Night with some yummy goodies, a lot of fun, and a little bit of glam.
The dark black color of the invitation along with the spider motif played heavily in our party's decor scheme.
Working off the glam look of the chandelier we incorporated pops of glittery purple to add pizazz to this fun girl's night Halloween party.
This idea was sponsored by Pear Tree Greetings.
The Chandelier Web invitation from Pear Tree has a classy look combined with a little "eeek" factor to set the stage for a fun holiday evening get-together with the girls.
Roll the dice! We created a look of Halloween glam for our Bunco party, including the little black purses we used for centerpieces on each of the tables. Like our Chandelier Web invitation, we had a few spiders showing up unexpectedly.
Speaking of little black purses...we created purse party favors filled with dark chocolate squares for our guests. Trick or treat!
We recreated the look of the chandelier prisms by stringing some glitzy jewels together. Then we dressed our purple candles up for the evening by attaching the prisms to black organza ribbons and tying them around the candles.
We wrapped the Bunco prizes in a classy toile paper and then added that element of spook with a sparkly black spider. Eeeek!
The food was set up on the buffet in the dining room so we could enjoy it all evening long. Warm chicken appetizers baked in a phyllo dough were a huge hit with the Bunco players.
A variety of cheeses nestled on a platter with bunches of green grapes were the perfect nibbles between the Bunco rotations.
Blueberry filled cupcakes with cream cheese frosting took center stage on the goody table. We added some cute toppers to the cupcakes with that same black spider from the invitation.
What to drink? We chose a sparkling lemon French Soda--classy, elegant, and wrapped in a just a bit of a spider web.
Chocolate...if you dare! Go ahead. Have a piece of chocolate. Just watch out for the big black spider when you reach in the bowl!
