Supplies

Construction paper in Halloween colors
3 or 4 Halloween shaped cookie cutters
Craft glue
Orange, black, silver glitter
Paper plate

Directions

Pour a small amount of glue in a paper plate.

Dip the cookie cutters into the glue and press onto a sheet of construction paper.

Sprinkle the glue shapes with glitter.
