"Happy Trails to You" Trail Mix

This trail mix makes for a great kid-friendly snack no matter the occasion. For a Cowboy birthday party though, it makes the perfect party favor, especially when passed out in themed favor bags.

It's always a good idea to have favors that relate to the theme. For our cowboy party we created trail mix baggies with a topper that says "Happy Trails to You". You can fill the baggies with purchased trail mix, or a homemade mixture like this one.

Supplies:

"Happy Trails to You" Trail Mix:

cocktail peanuts

corn nuts

dried banana chips

dried pineapple

raisins

chocolate chips

M&Ms

Small cellophane bags

Party favor printable topper

Stapler

Directions:

First, simply mix together your cocktail peanuts, corn nuts, banana chips, dried pineapple, raisins, chocolate chips and M&Ms.

Then, divide the mix among small cellophane bags. Fold over the bags and secure, then top with our printed party favor tags with a stapler.
