Sometimes it is the little things that catch our eye and add the biggest impact to a holiday table. Adorning a centrepiece with mini bunting adds holiday charm to the simplest of table accents, and takes little crafting skill or time.
I used pre-cut cardboard bunting materials to frame the garland and natural twine and paper themes to create a rustic mini holiday garland. It made the perfect coupling for my glass bowl filled with pinecones and a single votive candle.
1 Pack of pre-cut cardboard bunting cards
Quick drying craft glue
Scrap booking paper
Paper blade or Scissors
Soft sponge aplicator
Step 1: Cut the crafting paper to match the cardboard bunting cards.
Step 2: Using a soft sponge applicator, glue the paper to the bunting cards and allow everything to dry for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3: Apply the glossy accents to the top of the bunting to create a hard glossy finish, and then allow to try for 12-24 hours.
Step 4: Cut your twine to your selected length, tying knots to space out the bunting.
Step 5: Apply craft glue to the back of the bunting, placing them between the knots and then allow to try for 5-10 minutes before hanging your garland.
