Accent party food at your holiday soiree with a decorative DIY tray. Below, a few ideas to get you started.

Holiday Gift Box Tray

1. Line the inside of a gift box with plastic wrap.

2. Pile clean, dry kale or a similar green leafy vegetable in the bottom of the box.

3. Arrange fried food on the kale and serve.

 

Mini Gift Trays Centerpiece

1. Clean and dry tray.

2. Use super strong adhesive dots such as Zots 3-D Dots to secure mini gifts to center of tray.

3. Arrange hors doeuvres around center display, making sure that food doesnt touch centerpiece, and serve.

 

Big Red Bow

1. Clean and dry tray.

2. Tie a big red bow using wide ribbon or purchase a pre-made holiday bow.

3. Use double-stick tape or adhesive dots to secure the bow to the tray.

4. Fill in around the bow with hors doeuvres and serve.

 

Red Roses On Snow

1. Clean and dry tray.

2. Pour a small pile of rock salt in the trays center.

3. Trim a rose stem to about 1 inches below the bloom and insert it into the rock salt. Add a couple of rose petals on the salt as a finishing touch.

4. Arrange hors doeuvres around the salt and serve.

 

Christmas Record Tray

1. Clean and dry record.

2. Affix a label in the records center. Consider covering the label with a round of adhesive vinyl to protect it from spills.

3. Arrange hors doeuvres on the record around the label and serve.
