A homemade hot cocoa mix is a great hostess gift for the chilly holiday season. We packed ours inside a couple of clear glass mugs to give the gift a chic and classy feel. And for a special touch...grated milk chocolate candy bar pieces make the hot cocoa rich and creamy!

When you gift this mix, include a tag listing the ingredients and the directions so your hostess has no trouble mixing it up!
Ingredients for the Hot Cocoa Mix:
2 cups of nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 cup granulated sugar

Make it Festive and Fun:
For a lovely presentation, slip the hot cocoa mugs in a basket with a package of holiday napkins and some fresh tangerines.

There was just enough room in our basket for a little fabric snowman and we instantly had a cheerful and festive gift for our hostess. It might not have cost us much, but she adored it and appreciated the special thought!
