More Party Ideas

Looking for a creamy, decadent and delicious dessert? How about your favorite brownies topped with a homemade peanut butter frosting and garnished with a shelled peanut?

We made ours for a White Elephant holiday gift exchange party and I have to say, I think this is a white elephant's favorite dessert!

Whether you make your favorite homemade or boxed brownies, simply top them with this creamy peanut butter frosting for an ultimate treat.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

4 tablespoons butter, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 cup cream

Directions:

Place the peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla in a bowl and blend at medium-low speed until smooth.

Slowly add the cream and beat on high until fluffy. Spoon the frosting into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.

Pipe the frosting onto cooled brownies and garnish with a roasted, shelled peanut.
