Hosting a party can be a stressful job, which is why when I go to a party, I make sure to always bring a special gift for the host or hostess to thank them.

Homemade cordials are the perfect way to thank someone for hosting a party and they are not as hard to make as you may think. Normally you would have to wait 2 weeks for all of the ingredients to infuse together in the bottle, but I've got a quick trick that will have your cordial ready to gift in 24 hours!

Orange Cranberry Cordial

Ingredients:

Frozen Cranberries

Fresh Kumquats

Cinnamon Sticks

Triple Sec

Ketel Oranje Vodka

Directions:

Find a sealable glass container to keep your cordial in.

Place your fruits and cinnamon sticks into the bottle then pour in your liquors using a 50:50 ratio.

Make sure the bottle is sealed shut. Run it through the dishwasher. This will save you 2 weeks waiting time for the ingredients to infuse together.

Let your cordial sit for a day. Label it like I did or dress it up even more for that extra creative touch.
