On June 21st, the world’s beloved Prince William is turning 30 years old. In honor of his big 3-0, we decided to take it upon ourselves to suggest a few ways he celebrate his 30th birthday - even if his sister-in-law Pippa is a big party expert herself!
The birth of Prince William was a pivotal moment in history across the globe so he needs to step up his prince game and celebrate it in an equally royal way.
Give Props to the 80s: Party to “Thriller”
Anyone who's a baby of the 80s decade, turning 30 this year has plenty of inspiration from being born during this totally rad and awesome decade. But if you're the Duke of Cambridge and from a family who dominated the social scene in the 1980s, we suggest you party like it's 1982!
We think Prince William should turn Kensington Palace into an 80s theme club and play some of 80s greatest hits complete with a synchronized dance of Michael Jackson's "Thriller" featuring himself and his equally adorable kid brother, Prince Harry.
You’re Going to Disney, Baby!
Here in the states, when we want to celebrate something big, Disney is the place to go. Epcot Center also was "born" in 1982 so Mickey and Minnie will also be partying it up for Epcot Center's 30th birthday. Prince William should take a trip with the wifey and check out one of American's favorite theme parks.
Host His Own Pre-London Olympics Archery Competition
Prince William should gather his boys around and practice their archery skills in preparation for the Summer Olympics taking place in London just a month after his birthday. Hanging out with the guys and shooting arrows at a target sounds like a very English thing to do. And I doubt he’ll be up for jetting off to Vegas for a weekend of 30th birthday debauchery. Since he’s more civilized than some of his male counterparts across the pond, a classy archery practicing weekend may be his cup of tea. Pun intended.
Whichever way Prince William chooses to mark his 30th birthday, we're sure he'll have a lovely old time. If all else fails, the $16 million dollars he stands to inherit on his birthday can buy him a whole lot of tea biscuits and Spice Girls CDs.
