How to Decorate Your Grad Cap

Often, graduating classes are hundreds, sometimes thousands of students. A really fun way to stand out at graduation commencement ceremonies and also personalize your robes is by decking your grad hat with embellishments using Glue Dots.

You can customize the look to define your personality or pay homage to some of your more milestone achievements throughout your years in school. Using Glue Dots instead of glue gun will make decorating super easy, fast and mess free. We like them especially because of their size.

Supplies

embellishments to reflect your personality - rhinestones, sequins, foam letters, beads, etc.

any permanent Glue Dots® product: Craft Glue Dots®, Permanent Glue Dots®, Glue Lines®, Mini Glue Dots®, Micro Glue Dots®, Pop Up Glue Dots®

Directions

First, simply apply embellishments directly to the Glue Dot and release the Glue Dot from the liner.

Adhere each embellishment into place on your graduation cap (mortar board).

*Never touch Glue Dots® directly. Oils from hands can cause Glue Dots to lose tackiness. For more on Glue Dots and how to use them, check out this video!
